3 Cups chopped chicken (cooked)
2 Cups chopped broccoli
1 Teaspoon minced garlic
2 Cups of cheddar cheese (shredded)
1/4 Teaspoon of salt
2 Packages of refrigerated crescent rolls (8oz per pack)
1 egg white (gently beaten)
First, preheat the oven at 375 degrees. Put the chicken, broccoli, garlic, and salt in a mixing bowl. Hand mix it. Undo the crescent rolls but DO NOT SEPERATE! Put them on a cookie sheet end to end. Press the seams together so that it forms one large whole layer of crescent. Along each side cut 2 inch strips, leaving the middle whole (It looks like fringe down each side). Place the filling down the center of your sheet. Pick up a strip from the left side and the opposite strip from the right side and pinch them in the middle so that the hold together above the filling. Do this one at a time down the rest of the mixture. Once finished Baste with egg white. Bake 25-28 minutes or until deep golden brown.
