1 pound lean ground beef (yes its healthy)
1/4 cup brown sugar (maybe not)
1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce (healthy again)
1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon minced garlic
4 white rice servings
Use a large skillet on medium heat to brown the hamburger meat with garlic and sesame oil. While that's going on, go ahead and begin to boil water for the rice. After the meat is brown, drain all the fat off you can. Add brown sugar and soy sauce. Let simmer. Finish and plate the rice. Serve meat on top of rice. Enjoy!
